1. Refund Policy
No Refunds on Completed Games: Once a game has started, entry fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.
Technical Issues: If a transaction fails due to a technical issue on our platform, and the amount is deducted from your account, it will be automatically credited back within 24-48 hours.
Unauthorized Transactions: If you notice any unauthorized transactions, please contact us immediately at ludowinz@gmail.com or call 9588259681 with proof of the transaction.
2. Cancellation Policy
Game Cancellation by User: Once a game is joined, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
Game Cancellation by Ludo Winz: If a tournament or match is canceled due to technical reasons or policy violations, the entry fee (if applicable) will be refunded to your Ludo Winz wallet within 48 hours.
Account Suspension: If a player is found violating our fair play policies, their account may be suspended, and any winnings may be forfeited.
3. Withdrawal Refunds
Withdrawals once processed cannot be reversed. Ensure all details are correct before requesting a withdrawal.
In case of failed transactions due to incorrect details, the refund process may take 3-5 working days after verification.
